Who am I ?

With over 25 years of international and multicultural experience, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my work as a leader in organizations, an occupational psychologist, psychotherapist, and mental health advocate. As a woman and lifelong learner, I have personally experienced and navigated the pressures related to work and life, which allows me to offer insightful, compassionate support for my clients

As a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals address and heal interpersonal issues, whether in romantic relationships, marriages, or other significant connections. My work also includes supporting clients who experience intimacy challenges, whether physical or emotional, within their relationships. I offer guidance for those struggling with anxiety, helping clients recognize and connect with their emotions, and develop effective emotional management strategies. This approach enables clients to overcome blockages, while building greater self-confidence, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.

In addition, I specialize in supporting women’s issues, both in their personal lives and in the workplace. I also help clients build self-confidence and self-esteem, whether in their professional or personal spheres. My approach is both empathic and goal-oriented. I create a safe, supportive, and confidential space where exploration and healing can take place, all while working towards mutually agreed therapeutic goals. I tailor my therapeutic methods to each client’s needs, ensuring that the focus remains on facilitating their progress and fostering positive behavioral changes.

I also provide support during important life transitions, such as aging, divorce, lifestyle changes, moving homes, caring for aging parents, and other significant life events. These transitions, whether expected or unexpected, can trigger a sense of loss and may feel traumatic. I work alongside clients to help them navigate these changes with resilience and clarity.
